  1. Ratan Tata’s Humility- Ratan Tata is widely regarded as a gentle and kind leader. The former chairman of Tata and Sons is a business tycoon and philanthropist in India. He always goes above and beyond for his employees. He once visited the families of 80 people who died in the 26/11 attacks. He has also paid visits to the homes of several of his employees. He uses social media to encourage people to adopt and feed abandoned pets. He recently funded GoodFellows in 2022, a startup that aims to provide company to elderly people who are often lonely and depressed. The startup organises events for senior citizens. 
  2. Mukesh Ambani’s Vision- Mukesh Ambani is Asia’s richest person. He accomplished this not only because of his father’s wealth but also because he is foresighted. He has helped put India on the global map. He is the driving force behind Gujarat’s largest petrol refinery. He reimagined the telecom industry by bringing digital access to India’s most remote villages. He truly digitally connects India every day with the most affordable data plans. 
  3. Challenging the status quo, from Indra Nooyi- Several decades ago, Indra Nooyi was the first Indian woman to make headlines and shake the world. She challenged the Indian and global mindset that women are supposed to be in the kitchen as the former CEO of PepsiCo. She was in charge of both the house and the boardroom. She protected PepsiCo’s portfolio from major losses by diversifying it. She was also instrumental in making PepsiCo more environmentally friendly. She was a rebel who made her work speak for itself in the face of those who questioned the presence of a woman in such a high position. She paved the way for women of all generations to stand up and get what they deserve.
