The primary intention behind this event is to spread awareness regarding the effects of Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), along with stroke and heart illness, which claims about 18.6 million lives every year. However, by educating people about its effects and preventive methods, this situation can be controlled very easily. 

An individual’s diet and lifestyle vibrantly impact the healthiness of their heart. So, on this upcoming World Heart Day, let us celebrate healthy living by adopting certain aspects of diet and lifestyle changes, which will positively reflect upon our heart health.

Importance of Diet on Heart Health

A person’s diet has a direct influence on their heart and body fitness. Eating food that is generally considered unhealthy or in excess amounts, can significantly affect your heart’s condition.
