Some great foods for your scalp are yoghurt, avocado, walnuts, citrus fruits high in vitamin C, eggs, and vegetables like sweet potato, spinach, and carrot, which are ideal for a healthy and happy scalp. Eggs are high in protein, avocados are high in Vitamin E, which increases the efficiency of hair follicles, sweet potatoes help with dullness and hair thinness, and carrots are high in vitamin A. 
  3. A good ol’ scalp massage- Oil massages have been used for centuries for a reason: they increase blood circulation, which brings all of the necessary oxygen and nutrients to the hair, promoting hair growth. It also prevents dandruff by treating a dry and flaky scalp. It benefits the central nervous system and relieves any tension in the scalp. 
  4. Mental well-being- Most people overlook the fact that physical and mental health are inextricably linked. Stress is literally poison to the body. It frequently results in hair loss, which is why you should do things you enjoy to relieve stress and keep your mind calm, such as going for a jog, cycling, yoga, meditation, painting, or getting a massage. Make some time for yourself every day to keep the stress at a distance. A happier you equals happier hair and scalp.
