There are several benefits to following a pescatarian diet. Since the eating habits predominantly consist of Omega-3 fatty acids found in seafood, pescatarians often report fewer episodes of high blood pressure or HDL levels in their Plasma. 

A pescatarian diet also helps reduce the chances of heart disease and colorectal cancer. Since the food is rich in nutrients it additionally promotes improvement of your mood and reduces the rate at which your mind starts to decline with age.
