If you tie your hair in a very tight ponytail for several hours each day, or you use too many styling products such as gels and hairspray, the roots of your hair will get weak and damaged. This will lead to hair thinning and gradually you will end up loading huge amounts of hair. This is why you should take the best care of your hair and try to limit the use of hair styling products and also look for hairstyles that are gentle on your hair.
