    Tabouli is quite a refreshing appetizer. The dish is light and perfect summer food to cool you down. It primarily consists of parsley, which gives it a dark colour. It also includes bulgur, which is made out of whole wheat, along with lemon for acidity and chopped tomatoes. To make it even more interesting, you can consume Tabouli along with pita bread. And the best part of the dish is that there is essentially no cooking involved. Soaking the bulgur in hot water is the most cooking that you will do.
