It also includes bulgur, which is made out of whole wheat, along with lemon for acidity and chopped tomatoes. To make it even more interesting, you can consume Tabouli along with pita bread. And the best part of the dish is that there is essentially no cooking involved. Soaking the bulgur in hot water is the most cooking that you will do.
