    2. Dealing with Property Takes Time<\/strong><\/strong>\n

      Buying and selling property is not so easy task. It takes a lot of time. Firstly, you need to go through various properties and clients. Even after the deal is finalised, then documentation, loan process etc too requires time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. Requires Professional Assistance<\/strong><\/strong>\n

      Investing in real estate is too lengthy a process. A lot of documentation is required. It’s difficult to handle this task alone and requires the help of professionals who deal with this.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Capital gain tax is applicable if the property is sold at a higher price. Short-term capital gain is applicable if the property purchased is sold within 3 years of purchase. Long-term capital gain is applicable when a property is sold after 3 years of purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Investing in real estate has its own pros and cons. So before investing in real estate, one shall do a proper analysis based on one’s income and investment preference.
